What are your class schedules and pricing?

Our kids classes are on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30. Adult classes are Monday and Tuesday from 6:30-7:30. Self defense classes are on Thursday from 6:30-7:30, but we are flexible and happy to accommodate those interested in private lessons for a more personalized training experience.
